For extra security Eastcoast EFI Security have now added an optional 6 mm enclosed case designed by an Australian safe manufacturer. This means that if someone wanted to break into the key safe they have to go through this outer safe first. This is secured by a “Ross Lock” almost impossible to pick or drill. So the most likely option to get into this safe would be an angle grinder. We suggest adding both a reed switch and vibration sensor to this unit, connected to your existing alarm. This means that long before anyone has breached this outer safe the alarm has been activated and they are still nowhere near the inner key safe.
